APMG International

Project

APMG wanted to engage and listen to the community of people who are taking their qualifications and also their Accredited Training Organisations .

Campaign and Results

Collaborating with Mako Marketing, we launch their learning trends blog which gives news, interviews and updates on their qualifications and their Twitter campaign. Within the first month APMG acquired the ISO / IEC20000 qualification, with the use of social media we launched the news to the community and answered their responses. We also supported the launch of the Obashi qualification which generated a lot of interest.

Landscape GB – Online Magazine for Landscape Photography

Project

Developing the new business venture LandscapeGB under a strict time constraint seemed like an impossible task but using wordpress we were able to conceive, design, implement and launch a fully featured, subscriber based magazine in just under two weeks.

Campaign & Results of SMM

What’s more, because we were able to integrate social media features such as twitter, flickr , blogs & facebook from the start, we were able to add a ‘countdown’ page a week before launch (before the website was finished) and were able to collect over 400 subscribers that we emailed on launch day. This included 150 facebook page ‘likes’, 100 twitter followers and 2 weeks after launch over 200 full subscribers, which is well ahead of the proposed business plan.

Major Dubai Company

For one of the main company’s in Dubai we worked on the launch of their social media campaign, which included Twitter, blog and Facebook campaigns.

Campaign and Results

Using Co-tweet we set up an integrated customer service channel so customers could contact the company via Twitter or Facebook should they encounter any service problems. This information was then sent to the teams in Dubai who contacted the customers directly to resolve this issue. This lead to a substantial increase in the sentiments of how the company was mentioned on Facebook and Twitter.

We also used the Twitter, Facebook and Blog to launch new products and offers for customers. We then used social media for customers to enquire about the products or offers. This information was then sent to the sales teams to follow up and sign customers up.
